Beans are cooked in little water and fried in Oil till it turns crisp.
INGREDIENTS:
- Beans(cut into small pieces) -1 cup
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp.
- Crushed chili - ¼ tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Oil -2 tbsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Cook Beans in little water along with turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put the beans, Crushed Chilly into it and fry utill it turns golden colour.
