Okra Fry is made of Okra shallow fried in Oil.
INGREDIENTS:
- Roundly sliced Okra -1 Cup
- Chilly flakes - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder -¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 3 tbs
- Mix the Okra, turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat Oil in a pan.
- Put the Okra and chilly flakes into it.
- Mix well.
- Fry it until it becomes golden colour.
