Kappa Puzhngiyathu is a common dish in kerala.
Kappa sliced into big pieces and boiled in water.It is served with chutney or Fish Curry.
INGREDIENTS:
- Kappa(Tapioca) -1Kg or 2lb
- Water- required for cooking
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Peal the Kappa and cut it into pieces.
- Boil the Kappa with Salt and Water.
- Drain the water when it becomes soft.
